By placing an order with Carbon Fiber Aesthetics (CFA) through our website or via manual invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Production & Manufacturing

1. All Carbon fiber parts offered by CF Aesthetics are genuine composite components manufactured using advanced carbon technologies including Handlaid and Autoclave craftsmanship along all our existing and individual products line up

Each product is produced using precision molds and professional composite manufacturing techniques to ensure structural integrity, lightweight performance and premium visual quality.

Because carbon fiber parts are hand-crafted composite components, slight visual or structural variances may occur and are considered normal within the industry

2. Production/Preparation lead time

Average production/preparation time for all our products on site :

5 – 10 business days

Lead time may vary depending on :

• Carbon fiber pattern and finish selected (Woven, Forged, Gloss, Matte) 
• Manufacturing complexity
• Production queue/availability 
• Custom/individual requests 

• PU/PP conversion kits/bodykits arrangement and preparations 

Optical Components Lead Time

Products such as:

• Headlights
• Taillights
• Electronic lighting components such as DRLs, RGBs and under glow kits 

Require approximately 7-15 business days production/preparation lead time.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed on Carbon Fiber Aesthetics:

• include product cost
• include logistics operations cost
• Export preparation cost including brokerage and customs clearance arrangements to ensure your package is safe by its tariff code standards and policy 

Unless otherwise stated, no additional hidden fees are added after checkout.

However, local customs duties, import taxes, or government charges may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are determined by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the buyer BUT for the most part of our shipping operations we help to cover those expenses within majority of our destinations. We will always notify you prior the ship out on real time export/import situation. 

Order Confirmation

After placing an order through our website or through manual order processing:

Customers will receive:

• a full invoice
• product description
• selected finish
• logistics details
• payment confirmation

All transaction records are securely stored and available upon request.


Installation Policy

4. Installation & Modification Rules

Due to the aftermarket nature of carbon fiber and non carbon fiber parts, professional installation is strongly recommended. Improper installation may result in improper fitment or structural damage and will void the warranty. 

Alterations: There are strictly no returns or exchanges on items that have been painted, drilled, or modified.

Warranty

Carbon Fiber Aesthetics offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty includes:

• clear coat defects
• structural manufacturing defects
• material defects

Warranty does not cover:

• installation damage
• road debris damage
• misuse or improper handling
• modification or repainting.


Returns & Exchanges

Because most carbon parts are made to order, returns are generally not accepted once production begins.

Returns may only be considered if:

• product remains unused
• product remains in original packaging
• request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs, consistent with industry standards.


Fitment Disclaimer

Majority of Carbon Fiber Aesthetics parts are aftermarket automotive components, however we are also carry and supplying OEM Refurbished and genuine OEM products within specific requests or requirements. 

Minor adjustments and/or professional installation techniques may occasionally be required.

This is standard within the aftermarket carbon fiber industry.
