Logistics & Shipping Policy

Carbon Fiber Aesthetics (CF Aesthetics) utilizes both marine freight logistics and express courier networks to deliver all site wide products and components worldwide through Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong channels for the most part of all supply chain operations. Exceptions occur for Japan state wise origin products

1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Timelines
Customers may choose their preferred logistics channel based on their budget and required delivery speed by contacting directly upon placing an order. If this voided, product undergoes according to our mentioned terms at the product's description

Marine Freight (Recommended): Most orders are shipped using our marine logistics channels. This allows us to stay competitively fair and transparent with our operations allowing our customers obtain our competitive pricing worldwide/on a global scale. Our team and partners able to provide you with full transparent motions from the start to finish of your order. Including warehouse processing, independent quality assurance, paperwork and export arrangements, tracking number and unloading details at the place of arrival. 

Marine shipping is recommended and mainly used for our shipments such as : 

• full/partial body kits
• large carbon fiber items/significant oversized 
• bulk orders


We understand that every project has different timelines and for customers requiring faster delivery, Expedited logistics solutions are always available for discussion. 5-8 business days time frame but may be a subject of recalculation due to the courier's real time policy/real time country's situation.

Shipping Damage Claims

We take great care in packaging and export preparation; however, if an item arrives damaged during transit, the following protocol must be followed:

Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 7 business days from the moment delivery.

Required Documentation: Customers must provide high-quality photos of the product, the packaging (box/crate), and the shipping label.

Resolution: This documentation allows us and out team to submit a logistics claim and arrange for a replacement in 99% of cases. We are using our own, independent shipping channels, ensuring all of your products and our boxes upon ship out, unlikely many other places who have no insurance and overall safety over their logistics routes we are head to toes covered and protected. All supply chain operations are done and controlled by us on a manual format we are not associated with any global platform fulfillments but doing everything manually ourselves from the moment of preparing the plywood to organizing final weight and volume recorded to be at the documentation and meetings global export and import standards. 

4. Import Taxes and Fees

local customs duties, import taxes, or government charges may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are determined by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the buyer BUT for the most part of our shipping operations we help to cover those expenses within majority of our destinations. We will always notify you prior the ship out on real time export/import situation.
