Because most carbon fiber and aftermarket parts are made to order, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun.

A return may only be considered when:

• the product is unused;
• the product remains in its original packaging; and
• the return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been painted, drilled, installed, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee. Any applicable return costs will be confirmed before the return is authorized.

If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact Carbon Fiber Aesthetics promptly and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so the claim can be reviewed.

All returns require prior approval from Carbon Fiber Aesthetics before the item is sent back.
